DJPDX503Cards Shipping Policy
At DJPDX503Cards, we take care to package trading cards securely and offer shipping options appropriate for different card values, order sizes, and buyer preferences.
Domestic Shipping
DJPDX503Cards currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges may include a reasonable amount to help cover packaging and handling materials.
Available Shipping Options
Depending on the contents, value, size, weight, and destination of an order, customers may be offered the following shipping options.
Economy Card Shipping — No Tracking
Economy Card Shipping is our lowest-cost shipping option and is intended primarily for eligible lower-value trading cards.
Current rate: $1.50
Economy Card Shipping:
- Ships through USPS
- Uses secure envelope-based card packaging
- Does not include tracking
- Has an estimated transit time of approximately 5–8 business days
Because this service does not include tracking, shipment progress and delivery confirmation will not be available.
Certain cards and orders may not qualify for Economy Card Shipping because of their value, quantity, thickness, weight, dimensions, or packaging requirements.
DJPDX503Cards reserves the right to require a tracked shipping method when appropriate to protect the merchandise and buyer.
USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Ground Advantage is our standard tracked shipping option.
Orders shipped using Ground Advantage are securely packaged based on the contents of the order and include USPS tracking.
Shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
Ground Advantage is recommended for buyers who want tracking and additional shipment visibility.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is available as an upgraded shipping option and may also be used when an order requires additional packaging or protection.
Priority Mail orders include USPS tracking and are securely packaged using an appropriate Priority Mail package for the contents of the shipment.
Available rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
Qualifying orders of $100 or more may receive free shipping when offered at checkout.
The shipping method used for a qualifying free-shipping order will be selected based on the value, size, weight, contents, and packaging requirements of the order.
Higher-value orders may receive tracked shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, or additional protective packaging when appropriate.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
During unusually high order volume, major product releases, card shows, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our normal operations, processing may take slightly longer.
Packaging
We package each order according to the type, quantity, value, and shipping method of the cards or products purchased.
Depending on the order, packaging may include:
- Penny sleeves
- Top loaders or other rigid card protection
- Team bags
- Protective cardboard
- Secure envelopes
- Bubble mailers
- Boxes
- Additional protective materials when appropriate
Graded cards, thicker cards, higher-value cards, sealed products, and larger multi-card orders may receive additional protection.
Our goal is to make sure your cards arrive safely and securely while using packaging appropriate for the selected shipping method.
Tracking
Economy Card Shipping does not include tracking.
USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail include tracking. Tracking information will be provided after a tracked shipping label has been created and processed.
Please allow time for USPS to complete its initial acceptance scan and update tracking information.
Tracking events and estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS and may occasionally experience delays.
Higher-Value Orders
Higher-value orders may require additional shipping protection regardless of the shipping method that might otherwise be available.
Depending on the value and circumstances of the order, DJPDX503Cards may require or provide:
- Tracked shipping
- Additional shipping insurance
- Signature confirmation
- USPS Priority Mail
- Additional protective packaging
- Other reasonable delivery-verification or fraud-prevention measures
Economy Card Shipping may not be available for higher-value orders.
These safeguards are intended to protect both the buyer and DJPDX503Cards.
Multiple-Card Orders
Cards purchased together in a single order will generally be packaged and shipped together when practical.
Customers are not automatically charged a separate shipping fee for every card purchased. Available shipping methods are determined by the combined size, weight, value, and packaging requirements of the order.
If an order exceeds the reasonable limits for Economy Card Shipping, that option may not be available and a tracked shipping method may be required.
The final available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times displayed during checkout are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
DJPDX503Cards is not responsible for carrier delays resulting from weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer when permitted by applicable law.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a tracked shipment shows an unusual delay, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Tracking information, if applicable
- Photographs of the item and packaging if the shipment arrived damaged
For damaged shipments, please retain the card or product, shipping container, packaging, and all protective materials until the issue has been resolved.
We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, work with USPS to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Untracked Economy Shipments
Economy Card Shipping does not include USPS tracking or delivery confirmation.
Because no tracking history is available for these shipments, our ability to locate or investigate an Economy shipment after it enters the mail stream may be limited.
If an Economy shipment has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery window, please contact us at orders@djpdx503cards.com with your order number so we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next steps.
International Shipping
DJPDX503Cards does not currently offer international shipping through our online store.
International shipping options may be added in the future.
Local Pickup
DJPDX503Cards does not currently offer local pickup through standard online checkout.
Pickup associated with card shows, events, or other special circumstances may be arranged separately at the discretion of DJPDX503Cards.
