1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or misuse our website, checkout, payment systems, accounts, or other services.

2. Trading Cards and Collectibles

DJPDX503Cards sells trading cards, collectibles, sealed trading card products, and related items.

Unless otherwise stated, photographs and product information are provided to help buyers evaluate an item before purchasing.

For individually listed trading cards, photographs of the actual card are provided whenever reasonably possible and are considered part of the product description and condition disclosure.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing and all available photographs before completing a purchase.

3. Raw / Ungraded Card Condition

Condition assessments of raw or ungraded trading cards are inherently subjective.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the condition of cards offered for sale. However, the purchase of a raw card does not guarantee that the card will receive any particular grade or qualify for grading by PSA, SGC, BGS, CGC, or any other third-party grading company.

Any opinion regarding the potential grade of a raw card is speculative unless expressly stated otherwise.

A difference between a buyer's opinion of a card's condition or potential grade and the opinion of DJPDX503Cards or a third-party grading company does not, by itself, mean that the item was inaccurately described.

4. Professionally Graded Cards

When a card has been graded or authenticated by a third-party grading or authentication company, the grade, designation, or authentication determination belongs to that third party.

DJPDX503Cards does not independently guarantee the accuracy of a third-party grade, population report, designation, or authentication opinion.

Graded cards are sold in the holder or slab shown in the listing unless otherwise disclosed.

5. Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products may include hobby boxes, value boxes, blaster boxes, packs, and other sealed trading card products.

DJPDX503Cards does not guarantee the contents, card selection, odds, value, condition of individual cards contained within, or presence of any particular autograph, relic, parallel, short print, numbered card, or other potential hit in a sealed product.

Manufacturer-stated odds, guarantees, and product configurations are governed by the applicable manufacturer.

Opening a sealed product constitutes acceptance of the product and may affect return eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product titles, photographs, descriptions, prices, years, sets, card numbers, parallels, serial numbers, teams, players, and other identifying information are accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical, technical, cataloging, synchronization, or data-entry errors.

If you believe a listing contains an error, please contact us before purchasing whenever possible.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update product information when appropriate.

7. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Trading-card and collectible values can fluctuate based on market conditions, player performance, scarcity, grading results, comparable sales, product releases, and other factors.

A change in the market value of an item after purchase does not entitle the buyer to a price adjustment or refund outside the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund.

8. Inventory Availability and Cross-Listed Products

DJPDX503Cards may offer inventory through multiple sales channels and marketplaces.

Many trading cards are unique inventory with a quantity of one.

We use inventory-management systems designed to synchronize availability across our sales channels. However, occasional synchronization delays, technical errors, marketplace delays, or simultaneous purchases may result in the same item being purchased through more than one channel.

If an item becomes unavailable before we can fulfill your order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a different card without the buyer's agreement.

9. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory synchronization errors
• Payment verification issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Suspected abuse or misuse of promotions
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the transaction

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

10. High-Value Orders

Higher-value orders may be subject to additional verification, packaging, and shipping safeguards.

Depending on the value and circumstances of an order, DJPDX503Cards may require or use:

• Tracked shipping
• Signature confirmation
• Additional shipping insurance
• Address verification
• Payment verification
• USPS Priority Mail or another appropriate tracked shipping service
• Additional protective packaging
• Adult signature where appropriate
• Other reasonable fraud-prevention or delivery-verification measures

A shipping option normally available at checkout may not be appropriate or available for certain higher-value orders.

These measures are intended to protect both the buyer and DJPDX503Cards.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, rates, tracking availability, processing expectations, packaging practices, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Available shipping options may include both tracked and untracked services. Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping method selected during checkout, including whether tracking is included.

Economy Card Shipping does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.

USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail include tracking when applicable.

Certain products or orders may not qualify for Economy Card Shipping due to their value, quantity, weight, dimensions, thickness, or packaging requirements. DJPDX503Cards may require a tracked or otherwise more secure shipping method when reasonably appropriate for an order.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the applicable carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, service interruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

Return eligibility may vary based on the type and condition of the product, including raw cards, professionally graded cards, and sealed trading card products.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for transactions made through our store.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other authorized payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

We reserve the right to request reasonable additional verification for transactions when necessary for fraud prevention or order security.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchases, product exclusions, or other restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be applied retroactively

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DJPDX503Cards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of this website or purchase of products from the store.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
